Last week the Club welcomed Holly Henning the Resident Manager of  The Residences at Brentwood to speak about the 261 unit apartment complex neighboring the Hyatt House. Holly gave us an overview of the East Norriton facility highlighting the amenities, types of apartments, comfort level, and the services supporting the complex. The apartment complex has enjoyed a 95% occupancy rate since 2021, attesting to its popularity in this area. They offer units from 595 to 1183 sq ft, with prices ranging from $1600 to $2300 per month. They have indoor parking, pet friendly units, outdoor grilling and assembly areas, and a  pool and fitness center. There is 24 hr emergency medical and maintenance staff.
