HELP WANTED CAN YOU SPARE A FEW MINUTES TO HELP THE CLUB? The first year as a new Rotarian is overwhelming with the shear breadth of service Rotary provides. Rotary is so all encompassing in scope and opportunities, it is like drinking from a fire hose for someone entering the organization. Without help it takes several years for a new member to even be aware of everything. Our Sponsors propose new members but we need follow up coaching. Our Membership Team has recently reorganized to streamline that process and make it much more efficient by delineating roles and responsibilities. We want to assign an "Onboarding Coach" to each new Rotarian to help them through the first year. The critical learning year. We have an organized checklist curriculum prepared for new members. WE NEED A COUPLE OF ONBOARDING COACHES ! It only takes a few minutes each quarter but it requires followup commitment. Below is a slide from the recent reorganization presentation. Note the duties of the Onboarding Coach. Can you spare us a few minutes to share your expertise ?
