Numerous reminders have been issued. This creates a problem for our club since it represents almost 30% of our operating income. If you owe dues, please contact the Club Secretary immediately and make arrangements. Don't force the board to take action next month because we didn't hear from you. Thank you for your cooperation.
EXPENSES Also, as we close the fiscal year there are a number of large budgeted projects forecast where expenses have not been turned in. We will be closing the books next month for the funding year. It is very important to turn all reimbursement receipts in in a timely manner before closing. This is imperative as once the budget money goes unspent, budget funding can not be carried over to the next fiscal year even if you acquire the receipt the prior year and there is no guarantee of new budget money. Therefore please have all project expense receipts turned in to the secretary before June 15th if you hope to be reimbursed.
