West Norriton Commissioner, ROSANNE MILAZZO Our main speaker last week was ROSANNE MILAZZO, a West Norriton Township Commissioner who has led the West Norriton Silver Circle, a club for senior citizens in the area. Rosanne has been on the township Board since 2008, and was given the task of taking leadership of the Silver Circle club and find ways to expand its reach and increase the membership by bringing in interesting programs and activities, and promoting to group.She started membership drives, increased communications , and held special events , bringing new people into the fold. The Silver Circle is a group of senior citizens, 55 and over, who meet once a month, to socialize and listen to speakers on a wide range of topics. They now average around 30 attendees per meeting, the third Wednesday of each month. They meet at our new meeting place, the Jeffersonville Golf Club.
