For our program, Mark Call reviewed our club operating account including the big picture of all accounts, a strategy for realigning our expenses strategically and a detailed look at the Year End Report 2023-2024. A short discussion of the various bank accounts the club uses as well as managing responsibility. Also a strategy for realigning our chart of accounts to better align restricted and unrestricted funds and maximize the use of our new foundation This was followed by a review of the year end numbers.
